It depends on what you mean by "lesser Ts." I agree with the other collectors that now is a great time to buy T206s, especially graded cards in mid to high grade condition, but if your interested in ungraded Ts without creases or paper loss the price is generally about the same as last year. They still range between $25.00 to $35.00 for commons on eBay. There also doesn't seem to be many midgrade lots of T206s offered lately. So you cannot save by buying in quanity. You also have the problem when you buy ungraded cards of bad scans and trimmed cards. Almost all of the cards that I have bought this year have been graded PSA 5 to 6, or SGC 50 to 60. It has slowed me down a bit in trying to collect the set, but it just seems to me to be the best value for the dollar right now. |
