Based on my knowledge of the court system,, Frank Caizzo in his discovery motions can force ARA to open their records to him. They will have to reveal who sold them the Beatles album in question if the case goes that far. Does anyone think they really want to do that?
Same with CC, would they ever reveal their consignors?
All 4 of them.
If I am incorrect here, I hope the lawyers on the board will tell me.
