Although registered mail is the safest and most secure way of sending anything through the Post Office it's useless as proof of delivery for PayPal. If you didn't have a signature confirmation on the package you will lose if the buyer files a claim. PayPal is usually okay as long as you follow their rules to the letter.

Similar question to ones just replied: Registered Mail requires recipient signature, is this not the same as signature confirmation for Paypal purposes?
