What Do You Do When A Card Has Been Lost In The Mail?

Cashews - I wasn't suggesting anything about what you(r nephew) did or didn't do; I was just pointing out what proof he had. Proof of purchase of postage is not equivalent to proof of mailing. As you suggest the issue is resolved then there is no need to discuss it further.
