PSA to SGC Crossover Question

I think the $7.00 crossover fee is for cards valued under $500.00. If I remember correctly, the fee was $10.00 for cards over $500.00. I have 35 crossing over from PSA to SGC at the moment. The crossover special ran for two months, I'm not sure if they are currently offering it.
