I think that there are too many variables to give an exact answer. If it were $1000 lot it might be one percentage and if it were a $500,000 lot it could be another. If I had to take a stab at an amount for a larger transaction I would say that 5%-10% could be in line....but this is just a guess. I don't think there will be a right or wrong answer.... |
