Odds this Hal Chase is real?

I agree, most people know about PRO grading and should assume it is trimmed. Nice looking Chase card but it is Trimmed. Too bad though, whoever trimmed it should have just left it alone. It looks like it would have been a fine card. They probably were trying to get a bump in grade by slicing it.
