The article does not say the card was submitted to SGC. Says Haas contracted with Forman. From what I know Haas has/had an interest in GAI. The card did start off in a PSA 9 and was likely crossed to a GAI 10. I am not shocked if the card would not regrade by PSA as even a 9, right now. |
