Minus the Wagner, a low grade/authentic set would probably take about $1200 to $1500 to assemble. Clarke will cost a bit more because he is a HOFer. Gibson, Adams, Leach, and Phillippe seem to command a slight premium based on popularity alone. I am not aware of varying levels of difficulty within this set. |

When I assembled this set, I went through probably 5 Millers, but had a terrible time obtaining a Maddox. It took me a full year after getting the first 10 to find a Maddox. |

I think John's price assessment is about right. If you have got the Wagner, the rest of the set should be relatively inexpensive in low grade. I don't think any individual cards are tougher than others, although my nemesis for the set was the Leach that took me well over a year to find. Other than Leach, I put the set together in about six months after I obtained a Wagner. |
