PSA 10's - most are overrated

No, I am not PSA bashing. I don't care if the card is a "10" in a Donald Duck slab - if the characteristics are such that it should not be a "10" - it should not be a "10" - by any grader. Yes, PSA sometimes gets it right. Steve.
