Default More markings on the backs of T206s

Posted By: brian

i think i mentioned this in a similar thread a while back. i read somewhere many years ago that F. Scott Fitzgerald was a huge baseball fan as a teen and his father would give him the baseball cards out of packs of cigarettes he smoked. F. Scott amassed a huge collection of them and stamped the back of each card with an old english style capital "f" in black ink. although i have never seen one, supposedly many of these are still in circulation because his daughter inherited them when he died and then sold his entire collection shortly afterward. if there are some still out there, i wonder if they would bring a premium? or maybe not since the mark would have to be denoted on the slab as a flaw (mk)?
