Help With A Bad Ebay Deal

Ebay can't force the seller to send you the card, so you may be out of luck. At the same time, if the seller does this a few times, and ebay gets notified of it, they will cancel his account. Also, you definitely should leave him a negative. Perhaps all of this though, get his contact info anfd give him a call and see what's up.
