ACOFIND listing more fake items on eBay

I would like to get this seller shut down too....but pardon my ignorance. I just viewed the 3 items in question. Yes, they look fake to me but what can I tell my contact so he knows positively they are fake? Like I said before I am really only going after the low hanging fruit although these do look fake to me....and should be shut down. Still, I have to give a good reason they are in fact fake....The private auction format is almost always a bad sign but that, in and of itself, isn't enough...thanks...
