Ty Cobb- Would He Have Gotten Into the Hall in 1929

I basically go with Bill James theory on Hall of Famers, after a period of time people forget what an ornery SOB Cobb was and go with the numbers. So in 1929 he wouldn't have been in the first group, but in 1936 he would be.
