Pipp is no more difficult than any other e120, just a little more popular because of his connection to Lou Gherig. Here's my theory--I think someone has discovered that the winning bidder's bids can be pushed to the extreme and is taking advantage of this fact (for whatever nefarious reasons). I imagine many a shady character is thanking ebay for the bidder identities being hidden after $200.00. |
