Who is this minor league or town team?

Look for small towns near Cincy that start with the letter "C" and are near Versailles. The game was played in the middle of 5 "off" days for the Reds on a homestand. I don't think it's a minor league club because there are only 10 guys in uniform so it's more likely a semi-pro or town team.
