little help on a grading company......
Posted By: mr. moses
please. I am familiar with PSA, SGC, BGS, GAI. I need some thoughts about the credibility of CSA. I thought there was a CSA that was an outgrowth of ASA - the Canadian equivalent of Alan Hager's company. Their standards were er ah um questionable AT BEST. I have recently seen some high end cards selling in CSA holders and they appear to be a different company. Can anyone share some thoughts with me? |

little help on a grading company......

CSA is in London, OHIO and I believe only PSA has been around longer. I used them alot before SGC opened, always got fast service and always willing to discuss anything at length on the phone. Think they had a bit of an identity problem in that they were always looking to change (not necessarily improve) the appearance of their slabs. Went to a really ugly blue thing years ago, then changed that to the newer report-card type slabs. I know there are a few skeptics on here, but personally I never had a problem crossing any of their cards, and I broke quite a few out of those blue tanks! |
