Default Dealing with Gar Miller?

Posted By: Anthony

Gar is a really good guy, one of the true gentleman in the hobby. He was kind to me when I was a kid 30 years ago, and equally as pleasant to deal with today.
His grading tends to be closer to the old days than that accepted by the grading companies today, but he's very fair about it. On my last order he sent the cards with a note stating that upon packing them felt they were a bit rougher than he had thought when he graded them previously, and enclosed a partial refund. He also stated that they could be returned for a full refund if I was in the least bit disappointed.
They were fine for the adjusted price, and I was very happy with them. I'm sure if you call and ask for a description it would alleviate any concerns. I certainly wouldn't hesistate to deal with him again, and there is no risk.
