I would love to nail this guy and am hoping that there is some way to do it. I know we have a multitude of lawyers, at least one judge, and was hoping for some law enforcement on the board. I am not sure ebay safe harbor would go after this criminal. His email is sinatra2383@gmail.com

Since this is internet related is it Federal? Would I contact someone at a Federal agency? Maybe the bank to let them know what is going on? I am going to tell the guy it will have to be tomorrow.....keep thinking folks...
