I don't think a player should be removed from the hall of fame under pretty much any circumstances, and certainly not for personal or legal issues. If O.J. can stay in Canton, O.C. should definitely stay in Cooperstown.

He was voted in with full knowledge of his past(namely being arrested and serving prison time for drug related offenses), so the fact that he has currently faltered is a moot point.
