I didn't want anything for free. I thought the buyer was in the wrong in the first place and sided with you that he waited to long and it was his tuff luck. I have no problem with you not sending his free card because he spaced it out again for 5 weeks. My problem was, it's bad business to air dirty laundry and berate a customer ( albeit a poor customer) on these boards that probably bring you more business than you think. If you feel the need to reply, My name is Joe.
