Yesterday was the traditional Daylight Savings Day start. Congress passed a one month increase for this year in an attempt (some would say misguided) to save energy. The increase is 3 weeks in the spring, 1 extra week this fall. Many computer clocks, as well as other gadgets' clocks are all preprogrammed for the old switchover dates. So be prepared for this confusion again around Nov. 4th.
