Default CHANTILLY Show -- Sign In

Posted By: Joe Pelaez

It didn't stop Mark, Alan and myself from having a few good laughs while I fed my face a McChicken.
Alan wants you to think that he's puny, but he has a very disarming huge sense of humor.
We finally had to catch the two o'clock openning.
After getting in, I lost sight of the two critters.
Alan had the look of a super serious tracker & hunter, he had the look of whatever his collecting prey might be, it didn't have a chance.
After seeing Don Johnson, Larrie Dean, and Don Otto, I pitched camp at Cy's table for a while.
While there, I got to meet up with MacBruce, (memory of an eagle) Ken Cohen, (last man standing funny guy) a few others, and low and behold, Alan appears like the apparition of Hamlets ghost.
Other collectors appeared, some lurkers of 54, it was almost like we were hanging around a cracker barrel.
After awhile some of us went back to the hunt, and I really don't know whatever happened to Mark, he also had that serious look as we left McDonalds.
I can only speak for myself, I picked up a very reasonably priced card for my beater T206 set, it brings it down to nine.
Going back on Saturday to hunt some more, and have dinner with Ken Cohen, Larrie Dean and anyone else.
Joe P.
