you can't mix submission types or service levels on the same submission form. There are three types of submissions - grading, crossover and reviews and many service types depending on the declared value of the card, vintage vs. modern etc. You can find the instructions on the PSA website and you can print submission forms as well. The raw submission may require more than one form depending on the type of service you require. The crossover, as someone pointed out, should be on a separate form. |
