Obviously I was joking.....I have spoken to Barry for literally hundreds of hours in the last few years and conversed with many nice NY'ers otherwise...I wasn't joking about the first part of my statement though....There is good AND bad in all very large citys...so making a blanket statement is a little ignorant, imo.....
