Off-centered but high grade authentic cards

I dont even understand a qualifier for OC miscut maybe. The only one i really undestand is for a mark. I think a card thats off center can be graded accordingly without having a qualifier. Id never submit a card and ask for qualifier thats flaw was offcentering. Rather take a clean five or six
