Brad, I am one of the lucky ones who received a second chance offer. It came from Ebay on my Ebay page so it looks like someone has hacked your account. There is a way of contacting Ebay as I had this happen also. If I remember you have to go to live help. From there they will direct you and you will have to reset your passwords.
