The cross hatchet marks is strange on a completed run card. Its usually seen on proofs (practice run cards) cut from sheets (this card might have been handcut from a sheet and not taken from a package of caramel). I have seen some T206 cards with smaller black crosses on the borders. In PSA's defense the mark is not damage. It is more of a small printing freak that shouldnt be there. Should they have marked the card down because of it? I dont know? Its ugly, sort of like the red mustach E90-1 Jackson, but it is not damage. |
