Whether graders or labellers or whoever, there are just too many instances of this type of ineptitude for my comfort. Merchant, know thy business. Surely someone, somewhere along the grading chain has the responsibility to see that these types of errors happen with less frequency than what we have seen. If you are the industry leader - then act like it. |
