Normally, I would take offense at being accused of not disclosing trimmed cards. I pride myself on integrity. However, in this case, I will consider the negative comment to be based on a lack of knowledge rather than an attack on my character. These "1910 Unc" came from notebook covers. They were all hand cut from these covers without the aid of guidelines. Therefore, every card may have slightly different lengths, widths, and top and bottom angles. The fact that some borders maybe missing on this card is not a result of an unscrupulous card collector trimming a card to deceive, but rather probably the result of some kid in 1910 deciding he liked this look when he decided to cut it out of his notebook. |
