Yes, I was aware of the NY find.

But I was referring to the SCD investigation in 2003....btw,it was Gem grading, not Pro mentioned in that circumstance.

The best I could find on the web is in the 6th paragraph down in the following link:

So, I guess my original question is still out there if anyone knows.
