Hang on to them and upgrade as you can, around the house finances. If you sell, I think it would feel for a long time like you were making up lost ground. If you upgrade, it might feel more like clawing out progress and getting ahead, even at a slower pace.

500 is huge. Go forward from there.

My opinion only.
