Are the 1904 WG2 Fan Craze cards considered true Baseball cards?

Hello, I read that also. However, based on team designations for the American League set in particular Willie Sudhoff, it was 1906 for the American League set. He is depicted with Washington. He played with Washington in 1906 his last year.
