This might be the best POOR conditioned card I have. I have seen 3's that barely look this good...this sort of grading is a joke to me...no creases or wrinkles, nice eye appeal, and chipping on the back mostly contained in the blank areas....with a tiny bit of paper loss on a letter or so....just got this from a board member last week...
