I won an unusual lot in the recent REA auction and I contacted REA via email to ask a few questions before and after the auction. Rob answered every question very thoroughly and quickly. After the auction, he even volunteered to put me in touch with the consignor. I had a great phone conversation with the consignor...all thanks to Rob.
