Reminds me of the auction where the lady sold her cheese sandwich that had a vision of the Virgin Mary grilled into it. That auction ended at $17,000+. This auction should go for a lot more since it could involve cheese eaters plus the lactose intolerant.

I at first thought the rock looked like Frankenstein (that's FrankenSTEEN) from Young Frankenstein but the more I looked at it, I think it is Uncle Fester from the Munsters.

Cat - that cheese sandwich auction was won by an online casino, they spent $17,000 on a sandwich and got $1 million worth of publicity out of it.

Sure, the Ruth rock gets all of the hype, but the Ed Abbaticchio rock is much tougher and more desirable to true collectors.

Looks more like Don Zimmer than Ruth...A Ruth lookalike Rock should sell 10K+, but the Zimmer lookalike rocks tend to sell for only 500.00 or so.
