Can anyone help me with this Wagner Photo?

From the image, it looks as if his name was rubber stamped rather than originally printed as part of the picture. Perhaps it was stamped in response to a via mail autograph request. It has folds the standard horizontal folds consistant with being mailed. It was not uncommon for a kid to send a picture to the ball player to be signed.
