I was gonna guess Floyd the barber on the far right and obviously the man sitting with the lady at the banquet is Merrill Stubing Captain of the Love Boat!

Looks like the episode where Captain Stubing raided Hugh Hefners cabin and stole his SMOKING JACKET!
