Card Lost in the Mail

The seller has to prove that the item purchased on eBay was delivered to the buyer and the item is in the condition that was described in the auction. Lost/damaged mail is not the buyers responsibility. While sellers always put in the famous words in there auctions that it is up to the buyer, Paypal will side with the buyer everytime mail is lost or damaged.
