Opinions on a transaction issue

I don't know the facts of the original agreement or purhase and it should be in no way construed that I am accusing either original buyer or seller of cheating. But, as a rule of thumb, I don't think people who cheat should complain about others cheating. If (and I say if) the original purchase ended an auction early when there were active bidders and was consumated off eBay against eBay's rules, the buyer not only okayed but presumably inititated some of the seller's rule breaking. It would be difficult to stomach if the buyer, out no money, later claimed he was wronged because he didn't okay all the cheating.
