What card is the most desirable card that most collectors have?

It is the red Cobb and the n162 Kelly, at least if I look at pre-1900 and post-1900. I have both in my collection for my sets, but these both were cards I had to get initially, in my mind, to even start those sets. They're both iconic in my mind.
