Terribly unethical practice on eBay???

If the seller takes a slabbed card graded 5 or 6 and then calls it pristine
(immaculately clean,untouched,etc.)then veracity is compromised. Compromising
veracity in this context is unethical, from the standpoint of the classical principles of ethics.
