Trevor is making a good point. By publicizing the item on network54 too many people now know about it. I've seen ads for obscure country auctions that have vintage baseball items, and the next thing I know someone has started a thread and the cat is out of the bag. I guess you can't stop the power of the internet, but some things need to remain private. I can see where Trevor would be nervous that something could go wrong with his transaction, and I would feel the same way. Privacy doesn't exist anymore and this is a situation where discretion is necessary. |
