They all provide that, at least in theory. At PSA, I think, if you watch the video, the submission is processed first, and the grader only gets the cards, without knowing who submitted them. Of course - there are many ways around this scenario - but they all, in theory, provide that to avoid obvious favorable grading to certain individuals.
