my opinion, stamps that are/were produced with a value....i.e. $0.37....are stamps.
stamps produced for collecting only....ie. piedmont art stamps....are cards.
i don't think a stamp collector would have any interest in a stamp that couldn't be mailed.
kinda goes to p2's, s-74's, b18's....i consider these trading cards....though not the conventional kind.
