I can certainly understand the point you were trying to make. However, as Julie stated, this is not something new with Daniels unfortunately. This has been going on with him since the Full Count Board days and involving several individuals.

I do know he has had shoulder problems lately, b/c he was asking me how to get disability. However, he never worked and paid taxes so we ran into a snag on that one when I was trying to help him.

I hate to say it, but the last time he complained about his shoulder pain with me, I told him that was what he got for the SEVERAL vulgar messages he has left me over the past year on my voice mail about my back, hip and leg pain. I am not rude and didn't mean to be, but I wasn't going to let him use that excuse as to why he didn't want to talk about paying me the money he owes me, especially when he has made fun of my pain on numerous occasions.
