I'm reading this study right now. It not only helps with identifying forgeries, but it gives advanced collectors a better understanding of photography, printmaking, cabinets, and how to identify 19th century rarities that one might find on ebay or in an antique store, but not feel comfortable purchasing because of lack of knowledge. |
