I think that it has been well documented here and many other places that T206 cards have been soaked, stretched and cut with a laser cutter to achieve a high grade when slabbed. I'm not saying all high grade T206s have been "altered" but there are enough sitting in holders that it makes you feel a little uncomfortable. It has also been stated by posters here that the proper soaking, stretching and drying can make creases or wrinkles disappear in some cases. This isn't a newsflash, it is common knowledge... |
