First Appearance Of a Baseball Card In a Movie?

You have it down almost perfectly. It was the episode "The Wire" and Susie loses her grandmother's broach that she brought back from a pogram; and at that point Jeff realizes he may have lost his baseball cards. It's Susie who blurts out the Mickey Mantle card. My favorite episode of a really funny show.
