There was no explicit guarantee about the ungraded cards being gradeable. I bought a set that I knew was almost fully graded, except for a handful of cards. I was told those cards were EX/NM condition on average (which they are, if not for the trimmed part). I was ok with that when I purchased it...until I saw that they are ungradeable. So I'm deciding how I should respond. |
